SIMPLE AND EASY SUBSCRIBER MANAGEMENT
The user-friendly web interface is subscriber oriented and makes subscriber data easier to find and display.
Subscribers can be searched, sorted and selected by many criterias and all subscriber data and data created or gathered by the system
can be managed from single location in the web interface. Also, automated SMS and MAIL communication facilitates the processes of
invoicing, notification and informing the clients.
CENTRAL PROVISIONING
All necessary servers, processes and interfaces are integrated on single machine and can be maintained via the web interface.
The central server creates all the CAS updates, DHCP leases, DOCSIS config files, PPPoE queues, VoIP configurations and all other
tasks or calls to external systems in background so you dont need to bother with complicated technical obstacles.
MONITORING AND DIAGNOSTICS
Traffic monitoring, RF spectrum analisys for DOCSIS, wavelength measurements for xPON, hardware health parameters and many other data is monitored live and collected to the system database and presented with beautiful graphics and functional tables which gives full overview of the whole network.
Customised threshold and alerts on the critical parameters can detect defects or prevent outages even before the subscribers notices it.
REPORTS AND LOGS
All the data gathered or generated by the system is well organised and tidily presented in flexible graphics, functional tables, various file format exports and chronological text logs. All kinds of financial reports, statistics, technical data, access and operation logs are generated with ease and new types of reports can be created upon request.
APIs AND INTERFACES
Our software has proprietary API interface for executing tasks initiated by external systems and incorporates many interfaces for integration with various ticket systems, conditional access providers, sms and email gateways, cable modem termination systems, network access concentrators, optical line terminals, external payment providers, virtual POS card payment terminals and many other functionalities. Of course, new APIs and interfaces can be developed upon request from our clients.
